1.Outline
SVM-infilling system is designed to shield or reduce the vibration from ground, which is filled in the ground around the bases or vibration sources of the buildings, cultural properties, semiconductor plants, precision laboratory, or the like adjacent to the subway, train, sea driving, or construction sites or blasting sites, so that it effectively reduces the vibration inputted to such the buildings.
2. Introduction (See fig. 1)
1) Round waste tires of original shapes acting as elastic materials shielding or reducing ground vibration
2) Reinforcing plates attached in the holes of the waste tires for preventing the insulation effect of ground vibration due to flow of earth and sand and underground from being decreased and for uniformly distributing ground load
3) Elastic campus serving to make the reinforcing plates forcedly attached to the waste tires in free manner with respect to the earth pressure
3. Characteristics
The product is arranged in parallel and serial relations with one another such that it controls the vibration shielding in effective manner. In addition, the existing similar products are made by making the waste tires powdered and molded, but the present product is formed of the waste tires of the original shape that are packaged with non-pollution synthetic resin, so that it has an environment-friendly advantage.
4. Application
Filled in the ground around the bases or vibration sources of the buildings, cultural properties, semiconductor plants, precision laboratory, or the like adjacent to the subway, train, sea driving, or construction sites or blasting sites |
