The Brazilian National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) published a resolution (No. 5377/2017) extending the compliance deadline of the revised Dangerous Goods Transport Regulations (See Link) by five months, pushing the effective date from July 16, 2017 to December 16, 2017. (Art. 1) The new rules are mandatory for companies transporting or consigning dangerous goods by road or rail in Brazil.
