Vietnam's Chemical decree will take effect from 25 November and has been updated from the draft version published in July.
However, there are a number of transitional arrangements in place, and
there will be more detailed regulations flowing from the legislation which will
be subject to consultation.
Permits for the manufacturing and import or export of chemicals will
remain valid until expiry.
