1. Overview

• The technology used to reduce yellow fume, Nitrogen Dioxide(NO2) generated at cold start, under low condition of a combined cycle power plant

• The liquid reducing agent is directly injected into the G/T Outlet Duct in order to reduce the amount of Nitrogen Dioxide in exhaust gas





2. Characteristics

• It helps to solve the existing yellow fume generation problem where the original discharged Nitrogen Dioxide amount of 11ppm can be reduced to 7ppm(Improvement in performance; reduction of about 4~5ppm)

• The limitation on current technology can be overcome through the method of injection of liquid reducing agent
