1. Overview

• Five component SiC nano fiber technology (manufactured with the use of PCS solution achieved through Ti and Zr blending, superfine SiC fiber manufactured by electrospinning process, a 100 times better electric conductivity compared to the conventional method)

• SiC fiber nano-technology (nano-damping of SiC fibers by sublimated halogen doping, SiC textiles that have become nano-tissue through nano doping)

2. Characteristics

• Ultra-high temperature and rapid heat generation (Nanostructured SiC fiber has excellent electrical conductivity at high temperature and rapid heating up to 1,600 C in the air)

• Low power (3 times lower power consumption compared to existing commercialized heat material)

• Excellent adaptability (Nanostructured SiC fibers can be manufactured as various types of composite heating elements, which can be applied to various heating products)
