1. Overview
- Radon spreads in the air or indoor space by pressure difference, temperature difference, etc. Generally, radon concentration is low in the air but may be high indoors such as in the house or office. This is because the amount of radon which comes indoors and is accumulated is more than the radon going out from indoors to outdoors and for this reason, it is important to control the indoor radon.
- In addition, the radon comes in the body when we drink or use underground water and we breathe. The radon exposed to our body mostly is in the air and major causative agent causing lung cancer, Due to the effect, it is more likely that the lung cancer occurs in smoker than non-smoker.
